User Agreement
1. PARTIES AND SCOPE
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the membership and use relationship between Paytoskip.com ("Paytoskip/Platform"), operated by PAYTOSKIP BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ LTD (SLBT No: 00001743), and the user who registers with the Platform or uses its services (the "User/Member").

2. SERVICES
In-game currencies, in-game digital items/products and digital products and services for developing or boosting game characters may be offered through Paytoskip. In some transactions, Paytoskip may supply the product directly; in others, it may act as an intermediary between a third-party seller/service provider and the user.
3. MEMBERSHIP AND AGE REQUIREMENT
By using the Platform, the User represents that they are over 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into transactions. Membership and transaction information provided by the User must be accurate, up to date and genuine.
4. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
The user account and password are personal to the User. The User must exercise due care to prevent unauthorised use of their account. In the event of unauthorised access or a suspected security issue, Paytoskip may request additional verification from the user or temporarily restrict the account.
5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The Platform may not be used for unlawful purposes, fraud, unauthorised payments, infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, misuse, spam or activities involving malicious software.
6. KYC AND TRANSACTION SECURITY
To ensure Platform security and comply with applicable legal obligations, Paytoskip may request KYC when establishing a business relationship or for transactions where it considers verification necessary. Transactions deemed suspicious or risky may be subject to verification regardless of their amount. Access to services, balances or payment transactions may be restricted until KYC is completed.
Where KYC is carried out through Veriff, identity and verification documents are not stored on Paytoskip's systems; the relevant data may be processed and stored by Veriff on its servers abroad, and the verification result may be transmitted to Paytoskip via an API.
7. PLATFORM BALANCE AND SELLER EARNINGS
Funds added to Paytoskip by the User may only be used to purchase products and services through the Platform; they may not be assigned or transferred to other users, used outside the Platform or converted into cash. However, seller/supplier earnings arising from the User's sales of products/services to Paytoskip or through the Platform are treated separately from funds added to the platform balance and may be paid by Paytoskip to the relevant User's bank account or through other payment methods supported by Paytoskip.
8. ELECTRONIC RECORDS
For transaction security, fraud prevention and dispute resolution purposes, order numbers, user IDs, payment and delivery dates and times, IP addresses, device/session information, transaction references, system logs and, where necessary, screenshots/video recordings relating to delivery may be retained in accordance with applicable legislation.
9. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007 and Paytoskip's Privacy Policy, Personal Data Protection Notice, Cookie Policy and, where required, Explicit Consent Statement.
10. ACCOUNT RESTRICTION AND TERMINATION
In the event of a breach of the Agreement, applicable legislation or the Platform's security rules, Paytoskip may restrict, suspend or terminate the account. Records that must be retained by law are not affected by such actions.
11. OTHER POLICIES AND DISPUTES
The User acknowledges that, depending on the nature of the transaction, the Distance Sales Agreement, Pre-Contractual Information Form, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and other relevant Platform documents may also apply. The mandatory provisions of the legislation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
Once the User has been given access to the Agreement, their electronic approval by ticking the confirmation box and using the "I Accept/Sign Up" button or an equivalent button constitutes acceptance of the Agreement and serves in place of a signature. The date and time of acceptance, user account, IP address and version of the agreement accepted may be recorded.
