Privacy Policy
1. Definitions and Parties
Definitions: Unless otherwise stated, the terms used on this page are consistent with those used in the User Agreement / Terms of Service.
Cookie: Small data files sent from a website to a browser and stored on the relevant device. Where information obtained through Cookies can be associated with an identified or identifiable natural person, that information may constitute personal data.
Tracking Technologies: Beacons, tags and scripts used to collect, track and analyse information and to improve the Site.
Usage Data: Information collected about how the Site is accessed and used.
Service Providers: Third-party companies and/or individuals engaged to facilitate the use of the Site, perform Site-related operations and help analyse how the Site is used.
Privacy and Cookie Policy: The document that informs Users about the collection, use and disclosure of personal data and Cookies when the Site is used, and sets out the choices available in relation to such data and Cookies.
Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes for which and the manner in which personal data are processed. The Site operator acts as a controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007 in respect of its personal data processing activities.
2. Collection and Use of Information
Various types of information are collected in different areas to provide, develop and improve the Site, as well as for various other purposes.
2.1 Types of Data Collected
2.1.1 Personal Data
Further information on the processing of personal data is available in the Personal Data Processing Notice.
Personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), for specified, explicit and lawful purposes, and only insofar as they are relevant and necessary for those purposes.
2.1.2 Usage Data
Usage Data may include information such as your computer's (device's) Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of the Site visited, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Where Usage Data can be associated with an identified or identifiable User, that information constitutes personal data.
2.1.3 Tracking Technologies and Cookie Data
Cookies and similar Tracking Technologies are used to track activity on the Site and retain certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all Cookies and/or indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept the use of Cookies, some parts of the Site may consequently be unavailable.
Examples of Cookies used on the Site:
- Session Cookies: Essential Cookies that carry identity information for use on the Site.
- Preference Cookies: Cookies used to remember preferences and various settings.
- Security Cookies: Cookies used for security purposes.
Where personal data are processed through Cookies and similar tracking technologies, those data are processed in accordance with applicable personal data legislation and the Site's Cookie Policy.
2.2 Use of Data
The Site uses the data collected for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Site's service.
- To notify you of changes to the Site.
- To enable the use of the Site's interactive features.
- To provide customer service and support.
- To provide analysis and/or valuable information to improve the Site.
- To monitor the use of the Site.
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues.
- To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorised transactions, security breaches and misuse.
Personal data are not retained for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. Where applicable legislation provides for a longer retention period, or retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend a right, the data may be retained for the relevant period.
2.3 Transfer of Data
All information collected, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and stored on computers (devices) located outside your jurisdiction, such as in states, provinces, countries or other governmental jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ.
Where personal data are transferred outside the TRNC or stored on servers located outside the TRNC, such operations are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007 governing transfers of personal data to other countries and the relevant secondary legislation. Where necessary, the applicable permission and/or licensing procedures are completed.
Engaging a Service Provider located abroad does not relieve the Site of its legal obligations arising from its own personal data processing activities. Identity verification (KYC) is carried out through Veriff. Identity and verification documents are not stored on Paytoskip's systems; such data are processed and stored by Veriff on its servers abroad, and only the result of the identity verification process is transmitted to Paytoskip via an API.
2.4 Disclosure of Data

- To prevent and/or investigate possible errors relating to the Site.
- To protect the personal safety of users of the Site and/or members of the public.
- To comply with lawful requests made by competent public bodies, regulatory authorities or judicial authorities.
Personal data are shared with third parties in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.
2.5 Data Security
Data security is always important to the Site. Accordingly, while the Site endeavours to use commercially acceptable means to protect all information, it cannot guarantee absolute data security. It should therefore be borne in mind that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
The Site implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data and the processing activity concerned, in order to prevent unauthorised or unlawful processing, loss, destruction or damage.
2.6 Service Providers
Service Providers have access to Personal Data solely to perform these tasks on behalf of the Site and are required not to disclose or use such data for any other purpose.
Where Service Providers process personal data on behalf of the Site, the necessary contractual and technical measures are taken to protect the confidentiality and security of the data. Where a Service Provider is located outside the TRNC or data are processed outside the TRNC, the legislation governing international data transfers also applies.

2.7 WhatsApp and Communication Channels
The Site may contact the user through WhatsApp, Discord or Telegram solely for support purposes, using the contact details provided by the user during registration.
Where communication takes place through these channels, the User acknowledges having been informed that, due to the nature of the relevant communication service, their data may be processed or stored on those platforms' servers outside the TRNC, and that such processing and transfer may occur if they choose to use that communication channel. Where personal data must be transferred outside the TRNC, the transfer is carried out in accordance with applicable TRNC personal data protection legislation.
2.8 Links to Other Sites
The Site may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If a User clicks a third-party link, they will be directed to that third party's site. Users are strongly advised to review the Privacy and Cookie Policy of every site they visit.
The Site has no control over the content, privacy policies or independent data processing practices of third-party sites or Services. Accordingly, responsibility arising from the independent activities, content, privacy policies and data processing practices of third-party sites that the User chooses to access after leaving the Site rests with the relevant third party and, to the extent applicable, the User. However, where the Site directly transfers personal data to that third party or participates in determining the purposes and means of processing personal data, its obligations under applicable legislation remain unaffected.
2.9 Children's Privacy
The Site does not target anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided Personal Data to the Site, please contact us. If the Site becomes aware that it has collected Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18 without parental consent, it will promptly delete those data from its servers.
Where the data are stored by a Service Provider, the necessary steps will be initiated with that Service Provider to have the relevant data deleted or their processing stopped.
2.10 Rights Relating to Personal Data
Subject to the conditions laid down in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007, Users have the right to learn whether personal data relating to them are being processed and to access the data processed; to obtain information about the source, purposes of processing and recipients of the data; and to request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data and, under the conditions prescribed by the Law, the erasure or blocking of the data.

3. Changes to the Privacy and Cookie Policy
This Privacy and Cookie Policy may be updated or revised from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
It is the User's responsibility to check the current version of the Privacy and Cookie Policy periodically. Unless otherwise stated, changes take effect on the date they are published on this page. However, where a change significantly affects the User in relation to the purpose or scope of personal data processing or the transfer of personal data to third parties or outside the TRNC, the necessary information will be provided in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation and the User's consent will be obtained where required.
