I have read the Paytoskip.com Personal Data Protection Notice. EXCLUDING my data processed as required by law or under a contract (invoicing, order delivery, etc.), I freely GIVE MY CONSENT to the following:

1. Marketing and Advertising

I consent to the processing of my contact details and shopping habits for the purposes of creating personalised campaigns, discounts, promotions and advertisements, presenting offers suited to my profile and analysing the customer experience.

2. Sending Communications

I consent to receiving campaign messages, newsletters and promotional messages by email and SMS.

I understand that the consent I give in this context is optional and that withholding consent will not prevent me from using the Site's core services.

3. International Transfers

As the company's servers (AWS) and the technology infrastructure used (Google, Meta, Tawk.to, etc.) are located abroad, I consent to the transfer of my data abroad and their storage on secure servers there for the uninterrupted provision of the service and for marketing activities.

I understand and acknowledge that the transfer of my personal data outside the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) is subject to the international data transfer requirements prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007 and relevant legislation, and that applicable permission and/or licensing procedures will also be followed where necessary. Identity verification (KYC) is carried out through Veriff. Identity and verification documents are not stored on Paytoskip's systems; such data are processed and stored by Veriff on its servers abroad, and only the result of the identity verification process is transmitted to Paytoskip via an API.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to [email protected] or using the opt-out option in the communications you receive. Withdrawal of consent does not affect lawful processing carried out before the date of withdrawal.
