Personal Data Protection Notice

1. DATA CONTROLLER

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007 (the "Law"), your personal data will be processed by PAYTOSKIP BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ LTD (SLBT No: 00001743), acting as controller, within the scope described below.

2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Our company processes your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007 on the legal bases of "provision by law", "performance of a contract" and "legal obligation". Your separate Explicit Consent is not required for the following processes, which are necessary by the nature of the service:

A. Identity Information (First Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Identity Number/Passport Number)

  • Purpose: Creating a membership account, verifying compliance with the age requirement of 18, issuing invoices and making notifications to competent authorities.
  • Legal Basis: Formation and performance of a contract, and requirements under applicable legislation.

B. Contact Information (Email, Telephone, Address)

  • Purpose: Order delivery, responding to support requests and communicating with the user.
  • Use of WhatsApp, Discord and Telegram: Our company's channels on these platforms are used solely for "Customer Support". No advertising or marketing messages are sent to you through these platforms. As the servers of these channels are located abroad, by communicating through them you are deemed to accept that your data may be processed abroad. International data transfers are carried out in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
  • Legal Basis: Performance of a contract and request management.

C. Financial Information (IBAN, Payment History)

  • Purpose: Receiving payments, paying seller earnings, processing refunds and carrying out accounting operations.
  • Legal Basis: Performance of a contract and financial obligations.

D. Customer Transaction and Legal Information (Order History, Log Records, IP Address)

  • Purpose: Transaction security, fraud prevention and responding to legal requests.
  • Legal Basis: Legal obligations arising from applicable TRNC legislation, performance of a contract and ensuring transaction security.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Due to the global nature of our services, your data may be transferred to the following groups:

  • Domestic: Courts, Public Prosecutors' Offices and Tax Offices where legally required.
  • International (Technical Infrastructure): Data are transferred to AWS (Amazon Web Services – Germany/Frankfurt) for server hosting; Google LLC, Veriff and Meta Inc. for site analytics; and Tawk.to for support infrastructure. (Your consent to this transfer is obtained through the Explicit Consent checkbox during registration.) International data transfers are also subject to the transfer requirements set out in Law No. 89/2007 and relevant TRNC legislation. Identity verification (KYC) is carried out through Veriff. Identity and verification documents are not stored on Paytoskip's systems; such data are processed and stored by Veriff on its servers abroad, and only the result of the identity verification process is transmitted to Paytoskip via an API.
  • Between Users: When you buy or sell a product, your contact details are shared with the other party (Buyer/Seller) to complete the transaction.

4. RETENTION PERIODS AND ACCOUNT DELETION

Our users may close their accounts at any time.

  • Marketing Data: Deleted immediately upon your request to close your account.
  • Legal Records: Your invoice, payment and order records must be retained for the period required by applicable TRNC legislation and legal obligations. At the end of that period, your data are permanently destroyed.
  • Inactive Members: The data of members who have never made a sale through the Site are deleted six months after their last transaction.

5. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 89/2007

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007, you have the right to learn whether your data are being processed, to have inaccurate data rectified, to request erasure, to learn whether your data have been transferred abroad and to object.
