2. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE

The product or service to be purchased may be in-game currency, an in-game digital item/product or a digital service for developing/boosting a game character. The type, quantity and scope of the product/service and, where applicable, its delivery period are also shown on the order screen.

3. NATURE OF THE TRANSACTION

Transactions in which Paytoskip itself procures the product and delivers it to the user may be carried out as direct delivery transactions; transactions in which the product or service is supplied by a third-party seller/service provider and Paytoskip brings the parties together may be carried out on an intermediary basis. The relevant transaction type is stated on the order/product screen.

4. TOTAL PRICE AND PAYMENT

The total price and available payment method are shown to the user before the order is confirmed. The User sees and approves the final amount before making payment.

5. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

Due to the nature of the digital product or service, delivery or performance may begin immediately after payment at the user's request. Depending on the product or service concerned, delivery may take the form of an in-game transfer, digital delivery or the performance of a character development/boosting service.

6. REFUND AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION

If the service has not commenced or the product has not been delivered, a cancellation/refund request may be submitted subject to the applicable conditions. For digital products and services commenced at the user's request and completed or delivered in accordance with the contract, refund requests based solely on a change of mind may be refused. The user's statutory rights in respect of incomplete, defective, incorrect or undelivered products/services remain unaffected.

7. THIRD-PARTY RISKS

Account suspension, bans, deletion of in-game assets or similar sanctions that a game publisher may impose under its own rules do not, in themselves, give rise to a right to a refund where they are not attributable to the fault of Paytoskip or the service provider.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Detailed information on the processing and international transfer of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy, Personal Data Protection Notice and, where required, Explicit Consent Statement.

9. CONSUMER APPROVAL

Before completing the order, the User electronically confirms that they have been able to read this Pre-Contractual Information Form and have been informed of the main characteristics of the product/service, total price, delivery/performance method and refund/cancellation conditions. Such approval serves in place of a signature.
