The subject matter of this Agreement is the sale, intermediation, delivery or performance of in-game currencies, in-game digital items/products and digital products and services for developing or boosting game characters ordered electronically by the Buyer through Paytoskip, and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations.
Transactions in which Paytoskip itself procures the product and delivers it to the Buyer may be carried out as direct delivery transactions; transactions in which the product or service is supplied by a third-party seller/service provider and Paytoskip brings the parties together may be carried out on an intermediary basis. The nature and key features of the transaction are shown on the relevant product or order page.
3. PRODUCT OR SERVICE AND PRICE
The type, quantity and main characteristics of the product or service, total sale price, payment method and, where applicable, delivery/performance period are as shown to the Buyer on the order screen. The Buyer must check this information before confirming the order.
4. PAYMENT
Payment may be made by card, bank transfer, platform balance or other payment methods supported by the Platform. For card transactions, 3D Secure or similar verification methods may be used to enhance transaction security.
5. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
Delivery/performance of the digital product or service may begin immediately after payment. Delivery may be effected by an in-game transfer, digital delivery, an action performed within the relevant game or completion of a character development/boosting service.
The order number, user ID, date and time, product/quantity, transaction reference, system logs and, where necessary, screenshots or video recordings may be retained to verify delivery.
6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refund and cancellation requests are assessed in accordance with Paytoskip's current Refund and Cancellation Policy and the applicable consumer legislation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). For digital products/services commenced immediately at the User's request and completed or delivered in accordance with the contract, the nature of the product or service and the status of performance are taken into account.
If the service has not yet commenced or the product has not been delivered, a cancellation/refund request may be considered under the applicable conditions. Cases of incomplete or incorrect delivery or delivery that does not comply with the contract are reviewed separately.
7. THIRD-PARTY GAME PROVIDERS
Paytoskip is not responsible for account closure, suspension, deletion of in-game assets or similar sanctions imposed by third-party game publishers under their own TOS/EULA provisions, to the extent that such sanctions do not arise from the fault of Paytoskip or the relevant service provider.

Personal data are processed in accordance with Paytoskip's Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Notice. Identity verification (KYC) may be requested where deemed necessary. Where KYC is carried out through Veriff, identity and verification documents are not stored on Paytoskip's systems; the data may be processed and stored by Veriff on its servers abroad, and the verification result may be transmitted to Paytoskip via an API.
9. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE AND RECORDS
Once the Buyer has been given access to the Agreement, the Agreement is concluded when the Buyer accepts it electronically by ticking the relevant confirmation box and using the order/confirmation button, and such acceptance serves in place of a signature. The date and time of acceptance, user account, IP address, order number and version of the agreement accepted may be retained in system records.
10. DISPUTES
